The Town of Berlin only accepts

Credit Card payments online

The town of Berlin offers two ways to pay a bill online:

Quick Pay:  For quick paying options-no username and password required. Account Number & Last Payment amount needed every time.

Create an Online Account: Access to signing up for Auto Pay, Transaction History, Usage Summaries, and much more.

What you will need to create an account:

For Electric-Water-Sewer Bills-

1.       Utility Billing on the new format with your new account number, including hyphens.

(ie: 11-1111111-11)

2.       Your last payment amount (for identity verification). 

For Invoices:

1.       Your Invoice Number

2.       Last payment amount

If you have a NEW account and this is your first payment with us, your “last payment” will be 0
